What are you thinking about? 🧐
Well as I sat here on this cliff looking out at the picturesque Pink Beach in Agia Galini, I thought about the beauty of the world around me, I thought about how fortunate I am to be able to experience the world like this. 🗺
At this point, I can divide my life into two parts:
Before traveling and working remotely, and after.
The difference is night and day. Sometimes I feel as though I don’t even recognize myself. In a good way, of course! 😍
The world has something for everyone, so don't waste your life living in your little bubble. I promise you, no matter where you’re from in the world; there is something somewhere else that would bring you immense joy by experiencing it. ❤️😊
Remember:
Traveling isn’t just for the rich! If you prioritize your life to fit it in, it’s much easier to achieve than you’re made to believe! 🤦‍♂️

Some advice for the aspiring entrepreneurs of the world….
Especially those seeking financial freedom and location independence. 💰🏖️
There’s an old saying that a J.O.B. stands for Just Over Broke.
The reason for this is simple. If you spend your days working on someone elses dreams just to pay the bills, you’ll never achieve YOUR dreams & goals and financial freedom will be out of reach. 🚫
You’ll be stuck in a perpetual cycle of boredom, regret, and struggle.
However:
You should understand that a consistent paycheck is a great short-term solution to invest in yourself and your future. You should also know the difference between a job and a career.
👍 If you’re content in a position that makes you happy and excited to wake up in the morning anxious to do what you love, then congratulations, you’re in the minority.
👎 If you’re miserable and dread the work you do and the people you’re surrounded by, then you’ve found the problem.
My question is:
What are you doing about it?
❓ Are you actively seeking a solution?
❓ Are you looking ahead to the future and designing what that might look like with intentionality?
❓ Are you investing your paycheck in a better life?
Seriously I can’t say it enough, life is way too short to spend it being stuck in a state of misery and uncertainty.
If this is you, then this is your wakeup call! RUN! 🏃💨
Do something about it!
You are responsible for your own happiness.
Here are some options:
💡 Change Your Perspetive (Practice Acceptance)
💡 Change your Industry or Profession
💡 Change your Enivornment (Work Remotely)
💡 Start a Business
Remember:
Life is meant for your thrive and feel alive, not just to merely survive.
The reward for facing your fears is better than the misery of not taking action.

☀️ One of my favorite summer destinations has been on my mind lately…
🇭🇷 Croatia boasts more than just Game of Thrones, but it also has GAME OF THRONES! ⚔️
😂 In all seriousness though, it has a lot to offer nomads the world over…
Split is a central hub for all of Croatia. You’re not too far from many of the most desired destinations in the country.
Access to nearby islands; Brač, Hvar, Korčula, Šolta, and Drvenik Veli. ⛱️
Zadar: Only 1.5 hours by car, bus, or ferry.
Dubrovnik: 3.5-4.5 hours depending on if you go by car, bus, or ferry.
You’re also close enough to the must-see Plitvice Lakes for a long day trip or a weekend getaway. 2.5 hours by car. There are also buses or tours that you can take to get there from Split.
🌊 Split also has many things to offer itself:
◉ It’s full of quintessential European style narrow alleys to wander through.
◉ Multiple Beaches 🏖
◉ The very unique Froggyland. A museum containing 507 stuffed frogs in various human scenarios. 🐸
◉For Game of Thrones fans there is a lot to see. Many people head to Dubrovnik due to the main part of filming happening there, but much of it happened in Split also! Like the Basement of Diocletian’s Palace is also Daenerys’ Throne Room! 👸🏼
◉ Diocletian’s Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The palace was built in the 4th century for Roman emperor Diocletian. Today, more than 3,000 people live within the palace walls. It has over 200 buildings where you’ll find various shops, hotels, restaurants, and bars.🏰
◉ An excellent social culture for expanding your international circle of friends 🍻
Long story short, DON’T miss Split while in Croatia.

Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? 😪
It’s unfortunate but most Americans are only entitled to 15 vacation days a year and, depending on your information source, between 1 and 5 sicks days.
To put it into persepcive that’s roughly 4 percent of your time that being spent on you, your family, and those you wish to spend your time with.
Not only that, but the U.S is one of only 13 countries in the world where it’s workers aren’t guaranteed any paid time off.
Wanna know what’s worse?
52% of the population doesn’t even use all of their time off due to the demands of the role they serve in their organization.
This is one of the 1498327 reasons why I decided remote work and entrepreneurship was a better choice.
This isn’t freedom, it’s legal slavery. 🤦‍♂️
So, how can you avoid getting trapped in this perpetual cycle?
By working for yourself!
Starting your own online business using content marketing as a vehicle is a great way to gain control of your work life and to be location independent in the process.🌍🌎🌏
Do I work more than I would in a traditional job at times? Sure, but I have full control over my time and location.

Oh, you do!? 😲
Let me tell you why “balance” is completely and utterly overrated!
Boats need to be balanced to stay afloat. Too much to one side or the other and the boat sinks.
That’s all fine and dandy if we’re discussing weight distribution but there is no such thing as a balanced life. 🙅‍♀️
That’s because if you do achieve perfect balance, something will always be lacking.
The problem is that people think that balance is the end all be all to all of life's little problems. (That’s a lot of alls!)
You hear these buzz words or phrases thrown around all the time:
🤹 Work/life balance
🤹 Balancing Act
🤹 Checks and Balances
🤹 Off-balance
Balance! Balance! Balance!
The reality is that if everything was perfectly aligned, you’d never go deep enough in any one area.
Businesses take a lot of deep work (Ask Cal Newport).
Relationships require a LOT of attention to make them work.
Financial Freedom requires immense focus.
If everything was equally weighted, you just wouldn’t get so far in any one domain of your life.
👍 Try this instead:
Replace “balance” for Sacrifice and Prioritization.
Wanna get in peak physical condition, Prioritize healthy meals, and sacrifice a little more money for the “healthy stuff.” (I think that’s the scientific term 🤔) Or sacrifice your social life for time spent in the weight room. 🏋️‍♂️
Want an endless supply of money so you can be financially free? Skip the $6 Mocha Choca Latte’s (or whatever fancy drink that’s stealing your freedom) and prioritize business & investing. 💰
I think you get the point!
Balance is overrated and it shouldn't be a goal. At least not at first.
Most millionaire entrepreneurs spent 60-80+ hours grinding it out before they “made it.”
Whatever it is your after, go deep and become excellent at it until it’s sustainable. Then you can move on to the next thing.

Are you burning yourself out? 😫🔥
Don’t be all work and no play!
Some people think you can only take a break when the work is finished, but I think that’s a bad way of going about it.
Sure, you hear me talk a lot about keeping focused and working hard to stay on track to complete your goals, but it doesn't always have to be all work all the time.
Sometimes you need to take some “me” time and hit that refresh button so you don’t burn yourself out.
We all need a vacation from work, even if it’s a job we love doing. 🏝
Of course, we would all love to achieve our goals as fast as possible, but at what cost? 😖
If you keep burning the candle at both ends, you’ll eventually run out of wax. It’s not worth killing yourself over. What’s a couple extra weeks or months in the long run?
It’s far better to take some downtime to recharge your batteries and come back renewed and refreshed ready to tackle what’s next with more focus and energy.
That’s precisely what happened when taking the day to explore Balos Beach (pictured here) with some friends. I came back ready to take on the world and crush my goals.
Taking frequent breaks will most likely benefit your work in ways you never thought possible. Sometimes walking away from something and coming back with a fresh mind helps you see it in a new light and may help you finally find the solution to that problem you’ve been working on for a while. 🤔💭
So take time to slow down, relax, and spend some quality time with those you care about every now and again. Don’t always be in a hurry to get through life, you may not make it out alive! 😜
